What are private 1:1 classes?
Private instruction is suitable for clients who prefer not to be part of a group class. 1:1 Sessions are invaluable for clients recovering from injury or those who may require specific targeting of areas, particularly during rehabilitation. Private classes are available 1:1 or as a duet in the comfort of your own home. Please contact Kathy for further information or to book.
What do I wear?
Bare feet or socks, sports trousers/yoga pants with t-shirt/sports top. Avoid baggy clothes with hoods as Kathy needs to observe the alignment and movement of your body.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please provide your own mat, head cushion and intermediate resistance band.
Can anyone do Pilates?
Yes; if you are 18 years old or over. There are a few medical conditions that may need close supervision and liaison with your medical professional in order for you to participate; please contact Kathy to discuss further.
What if I miss a class?
Refunds cannot be given, however you are welcome to attend an alternative class subject to availabilty. Please contact Kathy.
Can I transfer a missed class into a future block of 6?
No, however you can make up any missed classes within that half term, subject to availability. Please contact Kathy.
I am supplying personal information, will it be treated confidentially?
All personal information will be stored confidentially. No information will be shared with a third party without your permission in writing.
